The MA House’s proposal to “stop” broker’s fees by “only” requiring them in cases where the renter contacts the broker first is completely useless. What percentage of the time now do renters NOT contact a broker first? What are those situations? Renters respond to ads that are placed by brokers.

If we're in an "energy emergency" as Trump claims, then why is he halting offshore wind, a significant opportunity for home grown energy, including jobs and manufacturing boosts to local economies?

Let’s be clear: Matt Gaetz removed himself from consideration for AG because there were enough GOP senators who told him they wouldn’t be voting to confirm him, and he wanted to save face.
