It's kind of sad watching it all crumble away but I can't help but feel a little told you so on the #LGBTQ stuff happening right now. Don't know if people remember but there was a huge wave from 2018-2021 of minorities just dogpiling on social medias & corporate accounts for "just adding a rainbow"

I'd argue there's a balance that needs to be reached. Especially if want/ask politicians and journalists to be on these apps. ESPECIALLY if we want to see the things mainstream media "won't show us". That comes with the realtime development of disasters and wars.
The "bluesky is an echo chamber" think pieces that keep popping up really tickle me because they show how certain people genuinely believe social media should be for debating and arguing and not talking about the things that make you happy and sharing art with the world.
