It's sad that some artists are resorting to using AI to "save time" on making their own products to sell on Etsy and marking down the price. Are you really an artist anymore if you're not creating the art yourself? Do we want AI to stop creativity? If you want to buy legit art. Don't buy AI imagery.

artists on bsky, don't be afraid to repost your art. there is no shame in it. if you feel shameful for it, that's either learned behavior or secret fake rules you made for yourself. repost it several times a day, for several days. then again a month later. people aren't gonna see it otherwise.

Taking a short step back from my usual head down working and nothing else, to making time going out for a walk, reading a book, visiting a library, going to a coffee shop and trying out some Hobby kits, drawing traditional art too, it's all been awesome and freeing.

Wanted to share some Etsy items I made and attempted to sell years ago now. Unfortunately a grand majority of my own designs wouldn't sell which led to a heavy focus on fanart keychains and pins. Even with that it fizzled out due to not having enough money and sales to keep it all going.

Wish that going to a cafe wasn't so expensive but been really liking taking breaks from working and checking out the local Costa. Really nice comfy seating too, got a mini sketchbook and doodled another Dreamling creature. Didn't know what to draw but started with a circle and went from there, haha!
