Political economy, markets, power structures.
Classical liberal. Old Catholic. Gay.
Analysis, field observations, and books that explain how systems actually work.

read fiction and non-fiction to understand power, markets, and human behavior.

Here I share political economy, real-world observations, and books that explain how systems actually function — beyond slogans and narratives.

Analysis first. Ideology last.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fire in the Holy Land is a sharp, uncompromising analysis of October 7 and its aftermath. No slogans, no excuses. It shows how antisemitism adapts, hides, and normalizes itself in Western discourse. Essential reading. #October7 #Antisemitism #Israel

Blood Impact doesn’t ask for your attention — it takes it by force.
Violence with purpose. Speed without mercy.
Read this if you’re tired of safe, watered-down thrillers.

Solidarity deserves honesty.

If a movement exists because of secular rights,
it’s worth asking what happens when it supports belief systems that don’t share those foundations.

Pointing out contradictions isn’t hostility.
It’s responsibility.

Our son is curious, thoughtful, and open.
He asks questions. He forms his own opinions.

People often tell us he seems confident and secure.

We believe children thrive when they grow up feeling safe, loved, and respected

Our son was wanted, planned, and deeply cared for from the very beginning.

Parenting isn’t about gender.
It’s about stability, commitment, and emotional presence.

These qualities matter — for every child.

Our child is seven years old.
We love him deeply — and he loves us.

We are two men, together for 17 years, married for 11.
We built our family intentionally, with care and responsibility.

This isn’t a political statement.
It’s our life..

We used to argue ideas.
Now we police labels.
If you think wrong, you’re excluded—not debated.

That’s not progress.
It’s intellectual decay.

Sharp, unsettling, and necessary. The Tolerance Trap, by Dirk Kirschberger, shows how moral language and historical guilt shut down debate in modern democracies. Calm, rigorous, and intellectually brave. A book that makes you think instead of react.

Climate change debates often focus on governments and corporations. But one part remains uncomfortable: consumption.
Fast fashion, cheap imports, short product cycles — all sold as progress.
Climate responsibility starts with what we buy.

Multiple first-hand accounts describe the same pattern: extensive documentation requested from people seeking help, a case number issued — and then silence. For individuals facing real persecution, this raises serious questions about accountability.

Rainbow Railroad markets itself as a global lifeline for LGBTQ+ people under threat. But audited statements show qualifications, staffing seems thin for the scale claimed, and some first-hand accounts describe case numbers followed by silence. This was not “random violence.”
Jewish people were targeted and killed in Australia.
Say it clearly.
Mourn the victims.
Protect civilians.
Silence helps hatred.

Haltung kostet.

Während meines Studiums waren meine Freunde Kommunisten, SPDler, Liberale, Konservative. Schwul, hetero — egal.
Wir stritten hart und blieben Freunde.
Heute reicht eine falsche Meinung, und du bist raus.
Das ist kein Fortschritt. Das ist Angst.

During my studies, my friends were communists, social democrats, liberals, conservatives. Gay, straight — it didn’t matter.
We argued fiercely and stayed friends.
Today, one wrong opinion and you’re out.
That’s not progress. It’s fear.

Dieses Album ist mir aufgefallen:
TrueFire Nation – Christmas Comes in Waves

Ruhig, unaufdringlich, ohne den üblichen Kitsch.

Wer genug vom Lärm hat, sollte reinhören.
Unterstützen lohnt sich.

Deutschland hat kein Wissensproblem.
Es hat ein Mutproblem.
Alle sehen die Brüche:
Migration. Staatsversagen. Meinungsdruck.
Gesprochen wird erst, wenn es nichts kostet.
Geklatscht wird viel. Gestanden nie.
Ich schreibe trotzdem.
Gegen das Schweigen.

When attacks are mislabeled as “random,” patterns disappear — and prevention fails.
