This work applies a three-pillar sustainability framework to laboratories conducting environmental analysis, highlighting how balancing environmental, economic, and social factors can reduce waste, resource use, and inequities while supporting global sustainability goals.

Forensic science is already not readily funded anymore. Sad to see that now the Leverhulme Research Centre of Forensic Science is at risk of closing next year, despite producing impactful research and educating the public since it’s opening in 2016.
