You cannot simultaneously say that "distress is not a reason for body modification" and also support breast reduction, low T clinics, hair transplants, etc. If you use this argument only against trans people, that's bigotry, not medicine.

This is the same thing with trans health. Preventing harm is invisible.

I'm frustrated at the amount of studies discussing weight gain on cross-sex HRT that only address the number and not factoring in muscle mass gain on testosterone.
Weight does not = adipose. Stop equating the two. Find a better metric to estimate this.

I understand that I'm an army doctor, but I've had at least 1 shoulder pain patient every day. I'm going to be the king of shoulder exams.

Something that bothers me is when a patient's chief complaint is listed as "referrals" with no context.
1. You may not need a referral. FM can handle a lot on our own
2. I can't prep the visit ahead of time because I don't know what the issue is that needs a referral
