I am reading Spin Doctors by @nolore.bsky.social and am in the first bit where she talks about how inefficient LTC facilities were in 2020/21. Which is cool because tomorrow i am having a meeting with some doctors about a plan for my late-stage Parkinson's afflicted mom. Timing is everything.

I just wish that the technological advances of the last 10-20 years that were intended to make our lives easier had in actuality made our lives easier. You know, rather than having to charge a thing that needs a password so that I can make a phone call or listen to music.

Important to note before going any further that my wardrobe is made up of "stuff people give me" and charity t-shirts.
The baseball cap/shirt/tie combination is great because no matter how old someone rocking that combo is, it feels like draft day.
