Hello, I'm a very close loved one of SmoothieYoshi. I was able to access his computer and gain access into this account. For those unaware of the situation, he's recently been diagnosed with Stage IV melanoma cancer. For those who know, he has been a cancer survivor since 2019.

I’ve been trying hard to be more social and talk to freinds and have been voice chatting/streaming but it’s a bit too much of a jump from me being very closed off to suddenly talking openly to multiple people, but I’m taking steps by arranging voice chats with close friends

He is gone. I'm glad his family and Urbie got to spend time with him during his final moments. He went peacefully, and that's the biggest comfort we could wish for him.
