Online registration will close at 11:59:59 pm on Wednesday, July 23 so that our gate staff have time to make our gate book.
After that, the only way to register is at the gate after fest has opened. At the gate registration is cash only and in exact change.

Supporting Membership (memberships with a t-shirt), Dragon Guard Membership, and the Breakfast Plan won’t be available after June 30.
Associate and Regular Memberships will still be available for online registration until July 23 and they'll include the same $50 extra fee as at-the-gate sales.

For our 40th anniversary we are encouraging retreat attendees to bring a painted rock to donate the labyrinth on the land. The guidelines are:
