Forgot to tell you the other day I was eating spaghetti and one of the ends of the noodles whiplashed. And I don’t know how but a spicy seed from the sauce went into my eye and it burned and I was like blinded. It was really crazy. Just thought I’d let you know the perils of eating spaghetti. #YOLO

How can one United worker tell me my rental car and gas is able to be repaid. But when it goes to their “customer service” they say I am not allowed to get repaid? Sounds like someone is lying. And I read your policy. You did lie to me.

My journal is almost filled. I will need to search for a new one to take its place. My journey is far from over. Watching my progress over time reminds me of where I was and how far I have come. The people I have helped and healed.

Now when calling - robot asking why my call-and I say "Refund" it goes to an endless hold.
So calling back and say "Reservations" - Instant Operator! #SUS
