I think you know you’ve truly healed from something when you stop arranging your life around avoiding the pain. There’s a quiet shift from constantly being on guard, triggered, or weighed down by it to simply being able to breathe again. The memory might still exist. It might still sting sometimes. But it no longer controls you. It doesn’t color every interaction or silently shape your choices behind the scenes.

Forgiveness is a powerful thing, yet I’ve noticed that many people I’ve interacted with struggle with genuinely forgiving others. I believe you can forgive someone, but their actions, especially the hurtful ones, are not so easily forgotten. I stand by the idea that forgiveness isn’t for the other person; it’s for you. I know this firsthand. I once experienced a situation that not only hurt me deeply but also changed the way I interact with others.

Lately, I've been reflecting a lot on mental health, especially about the incredible loved ones who continuously care for those facing mental health challenges. Quick rant! OMG, I hate those misleading ads that promise instant success it’s incredibly frustrating! When I first joined WordPress, I did have a plan to potentially make some money from it, but honestly, that wasn’t my primary goal. I simply love telling stories and engaging in meaningful discussions with others. If I end up making money from this journey, well, that’s just a bonus.
