Last week I turned on the Gallery Mode in my studio :)
A photo of an installation project of a cockroach peeking out of a NYC manhole cover. Cockroach is made of plastic, candy wraps, and wire, manhole cover is mounted on the wall and made of debossed insulation styrofoam and acrylic paints. Installation image of 4 installation projects and several paintings that depict common animals in urban environment, and made of found and reclaimed materials. Detail of installation projects, including 1) pigeon approaching a mochi donut and paintings of pigeons on the wall behind and above it; 2) sparrows eating a chicken bone; 3) a series of 3 paintings titled Smoking in the Park, showing a hummingbird approaching a vape, a robin's in his nest made of a cigarette, a cardinal perching on a cigar bench. These paintings include collage elements.
