I like skit siblings rather than twins only because I like Ogkuna's face more. Also the idea of little brother Sukuna being a behemoth compared to Yuuji is just too good to pass.

Thinking of sukuita where Sukuna likes that Yuuji likes him, but doesn't like him at all. So he will lead him on, giving him just enough hope to think his feelings could be reciprocated, only to push back and get with somebody else. When he sees Yuuji looking to happy without him the cycle repeats.
