Put another check in the "do I have MCAS" list. Just had a full blown flare up an hour ago triggered by my migraine. Swollen, flushed, and itchy all over, despite having not moved from my bed for at least 4 hours (I was dozing). Took a Benedryl and that helped a lot, but dang was that unpleasant.

I ended up having 2 naps today and now I feel super disoriented. This is definitely leftover covid bullshit. I hope my body sorts itself out soon, but it took months for me to not feel laggy last time I was sick with it 😩

Was visiting my brother this evening and when I stepped outside 20 minutes ago as I was leaving I got slapped in the face with snow crystals in the wind. So... happy first snow of the season I guess?

Watching X-Files from the beginning for the first time and it bugs me some times how Scully dismisses Mulder's theories because "you just went thru something traumatic and are emotional and searching for answers that aren't there" especially when he's just laid out all the reasons behind his theory

How about you stop hiring original creative voices only to kick them off their own films for making stories that lack "mass appeal." Maybe let women/poc/lgbtq+ people say what they want to say without an old, white Pixar braintrust man looming over them. Oh, and your advertising campaigns SUCK.
