So far, it has been a pretty crappy college football day: UCO lost badly to Ferris State (in the snow, no less), Ohio State lost to Michigan, and Oklahoma State lost yet another one (winless in conference play). Here's hoping Virginia Tech beats UVa!

Our district called for a Virtual Instruction day today rather than canceling school. The problem is, our students no longer have one:one devices. I am not sure how much virtual learning occurred today.

Hoping the predicted storm either falls apart or hits early enough to call off school. My fear is that we'll get a severe weather text alert between 5 and 5:30, followed by sirens, THEN notice of school closure.

Unpopular opinion: the University of Central Oklahoma has the best football team in Oklahoma. Don't take my word for it, that comes from University President and former Lt. Gov. Todd Lamb after the team won the MIAA Conference title outright. Roll 'Chos!
