Lost my grandmother (practically my mom) last Sunday who I lived with and took care of, spent last week preparing and attending her wake and funeral. It was a huge loss and I miss her terribly.

Managed 6 hours last night without medication, so I think we're starting to win here! 💪
I've been sleeping 4 hours every night for about 50 days now, ever since I found out about my ex-wife cheating on me. My psychiatrist just prescribed anti-anxiety medication to knock me out so this should be fun (I desperately need to sleep).

Had my second therapy session yesterday and turns out I'm showing signs of trauma, specifically PTSD. I'll probably need some degree of trauma-focused cognitive behavioural therapy so I don't develop depression (which is very likely either way).
I'll never forgive my ex-partner.

I think Keeper might be my favourite Osgood Perkins' film so far. It was a hard watch for me because it resonated deeply. It was eery in a way that you felt in your bones. The practical effects were by far some of the scariest I've seen in recent times.
