Story Catcher Publishing has a booth on May 18th. We’ve invited local author, Julia Bates, to hang out with us. She will be sharing her debut picture book with the crowds. It’s our 18th year participating and a fabulous way to promote our books to the 12-15,000 families that show up every year!

Delivering autographed books to Dogwood Elementary tomorrow. I have multiple classes to visit where I will share this story with the kids, and we’ll make Christmas bookmarks before I leave. Can’t wait! 🥰

Late lunch…Chizoro on biscuits and festive tortilla chips. Sasha cuddling nearby. Chicken sausage okra gumbo simmering in the stove and about to watch some episodes of The Chosen. Spent the morning hanging out with a child near and dear to my heart. This has been a good day and I’m thankful…🥰🥰🥰
