Even if you loved and were changed by a piece of art/media, you can still break up with it when things don't work out. Like with an ex, it can be a piece of your journey that you look back on rather than being this holy thing you have to actively love and consume forever. It is possible to move on.

I've taken a long look at the year ahead and decided I can fit in the new career, first comic, getting a house and such if I just eliminate that pesky habit of night-time unconsciousness! Think of the extra hours!

In between work I have been slowly picking my way through Lavender Clouds (grabbed it at TBubz) and I highly highly recommend it!! It feels really open and thoughtful, consider taking a look!

In between work I have been slowly picking my way through Lavender Clouds (grabbed it at TBubz) and I highly highly recommend it!! It feels really open and thoughtful, consider taking a look!
Just handed in the final piece for my apprenticeship! Still have to revise for the exam in January, but I'm looking forward to allocating my brand new free time to writing for myself!

I've been poking around for Volume 1 of this since I saw Volume 2 at Thought Bubble, because it looks siiiiiiiick!
Birdking volume 3 comes out next month and I'm really excited for everyone to read it!

Sad to hear about Mega City Comics coming to a close! Was my first ever LCS back in my uni days, and they were super supportive to me figuring out what I liked! Really hope things work out for everyone involved!
