getting very turned off by illustrators on here that are complete unabashed capitalists. i just saw someone tell a fan that they wouldnt tell them what brushes they use unless they subscribed to their patreon. im too unpopular to have patreon but id never do that to u guys lol

og post was deleted but i stand by this. maybe not the most valuable opinion coming from my biggest critic (me) but i think that social media and fandom are making the discussion of art/media too polarized. i would not have developed to be the artist i am without constructive crits from others
were in an age where everyone feels that criticism=bad and i think its a really disappointing trend
