I’ve really been thinking about it. Although the newer models are a bit smaller, like 36-39mm. I’m thinking about an older SNZG model that was more like 40-42.5mm. But most I’ve been looking at, even micro brands, are using some Seiko movement. No issues so far? Which movement is in it?

I’ve actually almost pulled the trigger on this a couple times but I’m looking for the 0-60 markings in the bezel and those interior numbers to be the full 24 hours. But this is exactly the style/look I’m going for. I bet I could find it in a quartz but automatic has been tough.

Any watch folks out there? I’ve got an oddly specific question. Does the watch I had AI create below exist? It’s got an automatic movement with a GMT hand and a rotating bezel like a dive watch that’s capable of completing both tasks. Bonus points for a date complication.

Didn’t fix it in the garage. No idea how I got it working in the kitchen. I have sent a late night message to the family thread informing them to keep it alive at all costs until I can figure this out. At least I’ve got a few more devices I’ll be setting up? Progress?

Figured it out! In the Alexa app go to Routines and create a new routine. Under “When” choose Add Event > Voice and enter what you want to say. Under Alexa Will > Add Action > Skills > Your Skills and choose the WTED skill.

3 tries. It took 3 tries for Alexa to misunderstand “play double-you Ted goose radio” to get a factory reset tossed on her ass. I don’t play.
