A little vindicated with the information that the recycling system was a scam. I called it out years ago when: 1) all the companies that handled it were privately owned and 2) they were never hiring more people even when service areas grew. No shade on sanitation workers, it's just disappointing.

A word I feel is overrated and misused is empathy. What most people really mean is Compassion. Telling low to no empathy people to just have empathy is like telling blind people to just see with their eyes. It's just not a sense everyone has. Compassion is accessible for everyone, no feelings needed

The most fun team puzzle I've had to go through in a game was designed by my best friend @caswra.bsky.social that specifically messed with my vision (I'm colorblind). They picked colors they knew I could hardly tell the the difference between and let me and another figureit out while in combat.

A lot of #ttrpg game systems tell the GM if managing a lot of NPCs becomes too much, to hand over control of the NPCs to players, but it centers combat mechanics. Something I've enjoyed playing with in my home games is letting players turn figures I initially had slotted for NPCs into PCs 1/?
