Learning how to use an iPad, a new #art program, and switching to vector art all at the same time has been one of the most rage inducing experiences. I don't THINK about my art as I create it I just zone out but this has forced me to be present and intentional with every shape. Never drawing again.

So I'm on new #adhd meds, non- stimulants and they help so much but I'm also a lot more combative on them. They don't give me the Vyvanse rage...but I'm confused, is this me normally or am I just not letting myself get pushed around?
I'm not sure what is normal.
