This is going to be huge. No more HTML web scraping by browser agents. Soon, websites will be able to provide MCP functionality as part of the meta information (similar to how robots.txt informs scrapers on the available URLs).

I'm looking forward to a little AI consolidation: between @anthropic.com 's Claude on the Web, Claude Desktop, Claude in Slack, Claude in @zed.dev , and Claude Code, I'm losing track of which UI has access to what. A single set of MCP services would be 👌
