Oil price drops but the Newfoundland Government raises gas prices by 6 cents a litre, only because it’s the long May 24 holiday weekend and a lot of people will be travelling. Another money grab by the government.

Loblaws made a statement that some food prices will triple over the next couple of weeks, because of the Trump tariffs. It’s a 25% tariff. That’s all the price of tariffed food should go up. It’s just another scam by Loblaws to make millions in profits on the backs of Canadians.

Makes you wonder if Trump tariffs is a get rich scheme for him and his billionaire buddies. Letting his buddies know he is going to crash the stock market, with all his tariffs and again letting his buddies know when he is going to suspend the tariffs so they all can buy up cheap stock.

Where did I hear of name calling and a politician boasting about the size of his rallies? Let me think”Trump”. There is another “Poilievre” He is a Trump wannabe, which in no way shape or form Canada needs. He wants to get rid of free health care, all social programs such unemployment, CPP, OAS.

When Carney announced dropping the carbon tax, I said to my buddy, the provincial government would claw back as much as that as they can. Gas dropped 20cents. The Provincial government of NL raised gas prices twice, 3.8 and 4.2 & now 5.4. Oil price dropped by $5 barrel today.

With the price of gas in NL to come down on April 1 by 17 cents. The Provincial Government in their wisdom decided to increase gas prices in NL last week by 3.8 cents and another increase tonight of 4.1 cents. They want to get as much of the 17 cent decrease as possible.

During a very peaceful demonstration in Toronto, in front of the American Embassy the Toronto police at the direction of the American Embassy told the demonstrators to move away from the embassy. This to me was disgusting. How can we be united when our on police remove our own citizens. Disgraceful
