Being a child of LA in the '90s these two cases shaped me for years to come.
The last couple of weeks have really affirmed that video can’t work if authorities have decided they’re not bound by anything, least of all reality. Rodney King and Latasha Harlins really schooled me on this a long time ago but my problem is I kept believing people wouldn’t just lie like this.
