A pair of Red-crested Pochards were nice to see at Kilvington, we don't get them locally very often. Good increase in wildfowl plus 10 Whoopers and 2 GWEgrets flying. Felt 'birdy' today. #nottsbirding #ukbirding

Saw several reports of kinked necked Whooper Swan in recent winters. We had this one (top bird) arrive from over the sea last Friday. Witham mouth. #lincsbirding #ukbirding

This plover stood out in a flock of 120 at Barkston. Seems it's just an oddly pale, greyish Golden Plover. #Lincsbirding #ukbirding
