Is distinguishing wet from dry by touch such an innately-learnable skill that we don't even notice we're not maybe exactly technically physiologically equipped to do it? The only other I can think of is vertical echolocation - we piggyback on the comb filters from our horizontal stereo ears.

Several rectangular pieces of plywood of varying sizes laid out to be assembled into a bin for storing records. The same rectangular pieces of plywood as in the prior image, but with several assembled and clamped into position forming the outer shell of a record a storage bin. A completely assembled unfinished plywood record storage bin, roughly waist-height, divided into four equal storage areas - two on top and two below. There are small blackened areas visible on some edges where the friction of a crooked saw blade caused scorching because I'm a record collector not a woodworker.
