Seventeen years ago, I got sober. I started today at the local Alano Club 9:00 am 12-step meeting in Puerto Vallarta. I took a cake and shared it with the 35 people that were there. I was asked to share for my sober anniversary. I did for 25 minutes. Quite an emotional share.
