The US Senate has passed a resolution restricting what Trump can do in Venezuela without Congressional approval. The measure now moves to the US House.
That's objectively a good thing ... but I wish it would have been a wider margin than 52-47.

The US Senate has passed a resolution restricting what Trump can do in Venezuela without Congressional approval. The measure now moves to the US House.
