A tree 🌳 is a really great thing. It cleans the air. Provides shade, provides nourishment. Provides fruits. Just standing there, existing on its own 🌳 breathing life.

My middle name actually means "fragrant flower" beautiful plant. I once drew a strong tree surrounded by fiery tones standing firm and I wasnt thinking too deeply just painting but maybe thats how I felt

I do think we are in a sort of decolonizatuon era but at the same time many peoples minds are colonized so they will have to be rooted abd find self worth within themselves abd thats really the challenge now.

I do sonetimes wonder and there are structural inequities based on race that ppl find themselves internally challenging but I havent seen like.. colonization happening

I mean true theres a history with ongoing consequences but at least so far in my journey, I haven't seen it.
(Not just history but also the residential schools) .
It is more of a reversal decokonization than active contemporary colonization
