The New Muppet Show failed. I laughed once. The New Kermit voice is horrendous. Disney could have the great Steve Whitmire doing it like he did for 30 years but fired him. Rizzo singing "Flashing Lights" was uninspired. Sabrina Carpenter was a good choice who didn't get to live up to her potential.

Epstein was killed before he was convicted.

Thank for chiming in. You may now return your nose to the nearest butthole of any member of the Executive Branch.

I really like the idea of an admittedly small but fierce looking archeosaour eating a worm.

Like when the guy two presidents ago said it was OK to execute citizens as long as they were out of the country.

Devil worshipping science volunteers. Hail Satan but also, let's get some calipers on our heads so you super smart scientists can get some data.
Even 100 years ago most of the scientific community thought this guy was a jerk I'd hope.

Now there's where I think there's a mistake. It was pretty obvious details didn't make or break the case in the Senate either time. It illustrated that modern impeachment is asking the question "Should this guy be in office?" and seeing politicians vote what they think helps them most.

Archives! These actors have films out they are doing / recently did press for and they're going to the archives!?!

I know you're not alone in that argument but I don't think that's as true as it used to be and I had doubts about it 4-5 years ago. I think people will react to legislators fighting for what's right. If the only other option is angry tweeting then doomed impeachment articles are better than that.
January 26, 2026 at 9:01 PM
Do the impeachment articles hurt chances in the fall or do they emphasize to voters that impeachment is possible by replacing those that vote against it?
January 26, 2026 at 4:35 PM
Cool. Does bringing articles of impeachment now hinder that goal?
January 26, 2026 at 2:45 PM
You don't want Congress to bring articles of impeachment for all the impeachable stuff that's going on. What should they do instead?
January 26, 2026 at 3:06 AM
What do you want them to do?

Americans don't believe the government gives us permission to carry a gun. Americans believe it is a fundamental right. www.oyez.org/cases/2009/0...

Which politician who has spoken out against what's going on has the power, on their own or as a body their party has a majority in, to lock someone up for it?

Technically a jury of peers said they were cool with it making this a reminder: if you're on a jury, be cool.

I don't see how it is fair to penalize one student more than the other for the same output. If they both have access to the Internet and both still manage to give an incorrect answer they should both lose the same amount of points.

At the heart of almost every judge is the firm belief they are more important and better than others. The extent to which the current Court is able to suppress that core belief to expand powers of their allies is their most remarkable characteristic.

Saudi Arabia (the parts that kill journalists not the parts that do 9/11), Turkey, Philippines, and Britain. Britain is in it's heart evil and enjoys being America's sidekick on evil adventures.

What have you done? Our country made nuclear bombs and gave them to a crazy person. "Oh no! We're being oppressed!" doesn't cut it when you as a people are the cause of you've suffering. And what have we in America actually suffered that's so bad? Americans are obligated to do more than we've done.

Mets fans are on my timeline asking what the hell Steve Cohen was up to while the Dodgers were signing Kyle Tucker. The answer: he was attempting to steal mental healthcare funding from veterans.
