Something to consider. Trump’s “Immunity” only pertains to America Law. He has zero Immunity under International Law. He can and must be held accountable by The Hague for his crimes against humanity.

Hegseth is operating under the mistaken belief that Trump’s Immunity extends onto any orders he may give as well. While he has immunity while in office, that does not extend to anyone else. He can’t arbitrarily declare a law unlawful or vice versa. He simply cannot “turn water into wine”.
Hegseth is now threatening to recall Sen. Mark Kelly to active duty in order to court martial him.
