Once again it looks as though‘ senior management’ at Ineos haven’t a clue what their objectives are - unless they’re now just hoping to scrape up a few grand tour sprint stages, with a sprinter nearing the end of his career.

From my toothbrush telling me I “almost brushed like a pro”, to Strava saying “you haven’t done as well as last week; active recovery is good.”
