Like for Dinara her name can mean previous gem in Arabic. I just thought it was funny contrast to her stand offish nature.
How do you all go about naming your ocs? I normally grab a trait about the character and work my way back from there.

Just made it to wild area 4. The way my totodile was spamming bite on gastlys took me back to my youth in sprout tower in pokemon gold.

The main reason I haven’t finished Laurence comic is due to none of my sketches looking like the same character. So I’m spending this weekend working on some character reference sheets to hopefully keep things uniform.
