1. MY SUPERMAN DESIGN

On the left is the title, Eddie James Richards Earth 1018: Superman, Clark Kent/Kal-El. On the right is my design. My Clark is a black man, he has very blue eyes and his hair is styled in waves, with a stray piece in the middle forming an "S". He has a strongman build and his outfit is based off old performative wrestling outfits. The base of his outfit is a blue bodysuit with a half-cowl around the back of his head, yellow cuffs and collar, red lining the edge of the cowl and a single thin red line going down the sleeves. The shield is the traditional yellow with a red border, but the red "S" is more cartoon-y/softer and does not touch the edges. On top of his suit he wears a pair of red shorts, a yellow belt with a golden "S" buckle, and a pair of knee high boots with a gold toe, a thin gold line around the ankle, and two thicker gold lines close to the knee. He also wears a red cape which is connected to his suit via square magnets. Clark is floating facing the right while smiling widely and relaxed, with his arms crossed casually across his chest. A close up of my Clarks face. Here you can see that he has "W" shaped pupils, like most cuttlefish have. In bright light these pupils appear W shaped and in the dark they appear rounder, this helps with seeing in both settings as it allows light to enter the pupil in many directions and offers better contrast and distance vision. In cuttlefish this is used to help minimise light distortion from water movement.
