For the most part, I am just an elderly man going with the flow back to the Source while appreciating & enjoying the Pacific Northwest. The Bridge is Luminous.
Every choice is like a stone.
When you choose cruelty, separation, and dissonance, you wind up building a wall, limiting future experience.
When you choose compassion, unity, and harmony, you begin to pave a beautiful path to a much brighter future.

Anytime cruelty becomes perceived (by some) as a "necessary evil" for enacting such policies, know that the moment cruelty was deemed "necessary", the policy became worthless.

We have a tendency to prioritize moments.
This was a good moment.
This was a bad moment.
This was an exciting moment.
This was a boring moment.
But they are all just "moments. Its our perspective that changes.
Each one is unique. Each one is special.
Cherish the moment.

Being authentic is not simply about being honest. At heart, it is being honest with yourself.
Alot of times, we tell ourselves what we "should" do or think, or we allow others to lead us somewhere.
But being authentic is being really yourself and not compromising. Not being rude, just honest.

The great remedy to fear is love.

Oftentimes, when people are looking at a situation that seems bleak, that is a closed door, that is a future they are not happy about, they will become self-destructive (maybe not consciously, but at some level).
But there is always a new path, an open door, a fresh option.
There is always Hope.

I just saw Edgar Wright's "The Running Man" last night, and I have to say that I was impressed.
I saw the 1980s version with Anold Scwarzenegger and Richard Dawson many years ago, and that deviated pretty far from Richard Bachman's original story.
But this was on point, in my opinion.

Never think you are one of many.
You are one of a kind.

Personal thought: if a "content creator" only makes negative content for likes, then they are really only discontent distributors.

As an Anglo-Asian person I have always thought it strange and sad how many people need to determine what you are before they determine whether or not they can like you.

Appreciate compassion in all of its forms.

No matter who you meet in this life, remember that it's your life...not anyone else's.
You are a sovereign being, and your story is uniquely your own.
For those who see you as just one of many, realize they cannot truly "see" at all...yet.

Something to consider: If anyone tries to convince you that your path to the Divine comes at a price, just know that their "path" is worthless.

I share my thoughts here, but I know they are only my own thoughts.
Each person is sovereign, and their beliefs are their own (as they should be).
January 18, 2026 at 11:23 PM
A person who shares their beliefs with the intention of dissuading you from your own is not, in truth, trying to convince you as much as convince themselves that they made the right choice for themselves.

Be accepting of what is harmonious in life
Reject all that is dissonant, that you have no use or need of.
Having this discernment is key to either being a beautiful part of the tapestry or being a victim.

If someone has a problem with you showing compassion to others, consider that it is not you who has the problem.

Maybe I have missed a few newsletters or WhatsApp messages, but as far as I know, very few Americans are lamenting not colonizing Greenland.

Modern Zen Koan: If a beautiful moment occurs in your life...and you did not film it or have it "liked"..did it actually happen?

Answer: Of course it did.

Reality is not based on whether it was 'livestreamed" or not.

Those who offer insight for income don't truly believe in the concept.

An advanced civilization is not the one with the most "toys" .
It is the civilization that realizes that it never needed "toys" in order to be advanced
