My fav was “let’s abstract that one more time”. I just wrote about this… on how people squint their eyes and say “those things seem similar” for very different domain areas or features. They go on to create spaghetti that’s hard to understand. dinethmendis.com/blog/enterpr... #programming #code

When I lived in 🇸🇬 as a kid, ppl could definitely afford software (OEM Windows was cheap). It was just as easy to walk to the market for a pirated CD. What that meant was kids bought all kinds of expensive apps like Photoshop for $5. It was almost-free IT education, raising the bar for the country.

The way some of the details are revealed makes more sense in the books, adding to believability. I am finding the show really engaging and exciting in a way the books weren’t at times. Writers did a good job with some of the new subplots introduced to shortcut the story, while adding to action!

I have 3 trees! Two regular ones with pink flowers and this black one. They are some of my favourite trees in the yard!

They definitely aren’t all journalists or have to follow the standards. However, there is a problem of attaching their branding/message to what pays the bills (which is the problem being highlighted I think). Definitely tougher distinction to make for a solo creator though.
