What's fucked about my complex being insensitive regarding this is just last month, I started receiving a good sized monthly check to go along with my work income but it doesn't hit until the 30th. If I were to meet this goal, I would be ahead vs behind due to disability affecting my productivity.

Correction: My apt served the 3 day notice that ended on 11/7, not 11/8. They've advised me that if they move to file eviction, they will NOT reverse/withdraw it after it's progressed to that point.
