Sometimes we can chew a big piece.
Sometimes just a tiny one.
When we’re sick, only liquid.

Same with goals :
some days big strides,
some days tiny ones
some days just surviving.

It's all fine as long as we keep showing up to live and grow.💜💙

I read this somewhere:

“The quickest way to succeed is to start now and figure it out as you go.
You can’t learn to drive in a parked car.”

👆 True, but not entirely.
Learn the essentials first, then start.
Because going downhill is not the time to learn how to brake. 🚗💨

When you post just to gain followers or impressions,

it strips away the joy and sincerity that make sharing worth it.

It’s Sunday!

My desk is a mini library right now.📚

Stacks of books waiting to be grabbed.

Let’s see if I can actually turn a few pages today (wish me luck 😅).

What are you reading?

5 buckets for professional success.

1. Knowledge
2. Skills
3. Network
4. Resources
5. Reputation

Among them, Knowledge and Skills buckets can never be emptied by a professional earthquake.

So, keeping them full will never go to waste

What was your first 'failed' project and
what were the lessons you learnt from it?
October 14, 2025 at 5:02 AM
It's Sunday, but gonna get some work done after reading this 👇

Success isn’t luck. It’s a law of physics.
If you keep showing up, something will move.

How about you?

Is Sunday totally a chill day or another day to get some work done?

Mark Cuban says:

“Don’t start a business unless it’s an obsession.”
“If you have an exit strategy, it’s not an obsession.”

Sure for founders.
But for products?
Obsession can be dangerous. If it’s not working we should kill it, pivot, or move on. 🚀

Love to hear your thoughts.

When you feel lonely, don’t wait for the crowd.

Be the Alone Wolf.

Build quietly.
Learn loudly.
Ship anyway.

The forest notices the howl long after the wolf starts hunting. 🐺

How is the situation in 2025?

Software engineering never sits still.

Learning the new stuff is part of the job.

Vibe-coding doesn’t let us off the hook.

It just adds another thing we’ve gotta get good at.🧐

Being ready isn’t a feeling.
It’s a decision you make, long before the moment comes.

Decide first. The feeling will catch up.

If you’re sharing your product journey online,

what’s your main reason for building in public?
September 27, 2025 at 12:30 AM
While we are building,
let's not forget to build memories as well.

Because one day when we finish building our product or company,
the chance to build memories with our loved ones might have passed away.

He who is not busy being born is busy dying - Bob Dylan

If you’re not reinventing, learning, and iterating, you’re slowly fading.

Which sea are you swimming in? 🌊
The red sea or blue sea?

🟥 The Red Sea is crowded with rivals fighting over the same customers.

🟦 The Blue Sea is where you create your own space just new value, no competition
(at least for some time until others notice the blue sea and crawl in.)

Some days are sprints,
Some are crawls.

If you showed up today,
that’s a win.

Signing off from this side of the world🌌

Sharing our idea on TikTok, X, or Reddit can be powerful for validation.

We get fast feedback, attention, and maybe even the first early users.

But there are risks too, correct?🤔

Happy Weekend everyone!

Which one are you this weekend: Builder Mode or Recharge Mode?

I'm a builder mode + recharge mode + mum mode + chore mode etc etc

"Scientists were so preoccupied with whether or not they could,

They didn’t stop to think if they should."🦖

This famous warning feels incredibly relevant to the development of general superintelligence.

Isn’t “Build something people want” a bit overrated? 🤔

Do people even know what they want all the time?

We should always strive to make sure the code is self-documented, with
* clear variable names
* well-structured functions etc.

But even such code can't always "speak for itself.
September 18, 2025 at 10:36 PM
Waiting for clarity before starting to build is like

waiting for Google Maps to show you the whole journey before you leave the driveway.

Just start driving, the next turn shows up. 🚗💨

We can still solve problems without AI

a.k.a. It's not necessary to make sure every product we build includes AI.
