I totally understand. Op said they needed a union, and I was pointing out 839 as being a union for production members to join. You said production is not a part of it, which caused confusion.
I understand what you're trying to say though, and I hope they're able to bring more people in.

I understand clearly what you're saying. What I'm saying is your initial statement is cause for confusion. Glad to hear that they're working on bringing production members in, but TAG's description also is confusing for the ill-informed making it seem like they're all already in.
