These are the pay equity claims that the government wiped out in just two days to make its budget balance. It's appalling that tax breaks for tobacco companies are being funded by cutting women's pay rises and backpay.

I think Dame Anne sums the situation up well. This current coalition government is doing a lot of damage to all that is good in NZ.

Bit late to the party - but bought an air fryer. Cleaned the oven today (chore I hate!) so now won’t ever use it again!!

My garden being hammered to bits with this ESE wind! Been looking forward to the switch to El Niño this summer with the westerlies so the fruit trees could recover from a few years of La Niña. It started well but this will screw up the summer fruit - again!

What’s the betting Mediaworks will consolidate some of their radio brands - given what their auditors have said about their current ability to continue to operate? Apparently NZ has the most radio frequencies per capita in the world - begging question do we need so many commercial stations?
