exploring female characters meant exploring narratives in which there could be misogyny and stereotypes (from myself as a creator and within the plot). But now I'm more confident in who I am and what I want to tell, I can finally explore GL and new narratives and it's opening so many perspectives ❤️

I don't know when it happened, when it started but I also started reading more GL than BL (and more queer romance than BxG romance). When I started thinking about it I realized that I want to center women's stories and women's voice. When I was younger, I felt more comfortable with BL because

Recently a friend told me I had a very "Yuri booth" at anime conventions. Took me a while to admit that... It has become true. It came as a surprise. I didn't realize but... Yeah. Since my first con in 2019, I now have more GL books and merch than BL (I mainly do queer stuffs so only counting those)

That's exactly what got me into it again!! On Instagram Rozennillustration, y_u_e, _yukoring , hykyouri are all artists that are so talented with watercolours and inspired me to paint again!!!!

Traditional watercolours on paper, although I sometimes rework digitally because scanning traditional art takes the texture out. In this case we don't see much the shine of the metallic watercolor i used 🥲 If you have any specific questions I'm always happy to help, watercolour are scary at first!!
