Feds and states already devote lots of money/manpower going after FWA in Medicaid and across government programs. Increase funding to civil/criminal enforcement by IG’s, DOJ, State AGs and you’ll get multiple your investment back. Seems you just want excuses to cut spending/lower corporate taxes.
