I can only imagine what happens to the regular folks who lost everything. Insurance won't pay up, and Mr. Real estate deal Trump will gladly approve low settlements if any, allowing corporate or foreign developers to gobble up big swaths of land, never to see an affordable home again.

On the human side, flash drives with important documents, or whatever laptop most recently used. Take photos of your whole house with any electronics, pictures, furniture, anything an insurance company might feel the need to argue over.
