Interesting how growing consumer concern/angst over the #economy is seeping not just into homebuying decisions, but giving people "cold feet" even after they decide to buy. #Mortgage rates did drop slightly in August. Curious to see if that moves the needle at all.

Price gains are shrinking, and the median is definitely skewed due to the fact that sales are much stronger on the higher end of the market. The $1M+ range seems to have recovered from its brief spring swoon from stock market volatility. #realestate #housing #mortgage
