One of my favourite things to do after making chili is to make a pan of Mexi-Dip.
Cover the bottom of the pan with cream cheese, layer on a good amount of chili, and bake for 45min at 350. Top with cheese and bake til nice and melty. Serve with your favourite chips and feel warm all night long.

Finally recovered from Magic Con Barcelona, got through minding the shop while everyone was gone to Gen Con, rapidly getting ready for Dragon Con, and scoping out my plan for Magic Con Vegas. Then maybe relax???
