Thankfully, the propane heater successfully averted any frozen pipe crises after the property manager failed to transfer the utilities. I stopped by at lunch, and the power is back, and the HVAC can finally do its job.

My oldest son is fighting back against the in-ground super soaker - with a water hose. I don’t think this is a battle he is going to win.

Car troubles on the way to my son's soccer practice made for a chaotic evening. My wife came to get my oldest son so he could get to soccer while I dealt with my car. Fingers crossed, everything is as we think it is with the car, but more will be known tomorrow.
