I’ve been an advocate for Lammens all summer, Martinez feels more what we need now, shown in the first 4 games it’s a major area of concern. think Martinez comes in, breaths confidence in the team. Lammens more of a project, potentially could have a higher ceiling but we need an floor raiser

I think in the summer I’d have said Lammens, but after the first 4 games I think we just need a solid proven choice in goal.

Appointed a manager that didn’t want to come mid season, plays a certain system & style that the squad was not set up for. Inherited an awful changing room culture. 2 league games and a cup defeat with 9 changes rotation and that’s the line

If Amorim does quit/sacked & we revert to a 4231/433 manager. I look forward to to getting overrun in the midfield every game again like under ETH & just praying we can be clinical on the counter.
This is beyond what formation we play, we’ve had a hole in midfield that hasn’t been fixed for years.

• Striker focal point needed (Sesko)
• Mount fantastic, not sure how Ruben fits him in long term.

Looking at the “first team squad” on the website, 34 players, massively over bloated especially now with no Europe next season, can easily make an argument that we need to get rid of 23 of them this summer #MUFC

Time and time this season we’ve been calling out for Amorim to be more agressive with his system, Amad at RWB is night and day compared with Maz and Dalot, this also allows you to get another attacking player in the R10 #MUFC

If you look at the squad he took it’s all too defensive, he had players like Evans and Collyer on the bench who haven’t been fit for months taking spaces that we could have used young attacking players #MUFC

I still can’t believe with 2 minutes left we had 5 defenders and a defensive midfielder on the pitch chasing a equaliser, Mainoo was then brought on for 2 minutes #MUFC

In the minority but I’d go Delap > Gyokeres, 5 years younger (22/27), played a season in PL, £30m cheaper means can invest elsewhere. At same age Gyokeres was on loan at Swansea in the championship scoring 3 in 30 (Delap scored 8 in 31 last season there btw) buy the potential upside #MUFC
