My work has job classifications like Tier 1/2/3, and we only have so much budget for so many of each. We’re now short two techs on my team, and I caught myself unironically telling my boss: “We should stop hiring Tier 2’s and 3’s to fill those spots. We need to build through the draft.” 😂
