Dusha Kharkiv volunteers feed kids displaced by war, special needs people in and soldiers. But cooking for 100+ people daily is expensive. Gas, water, electricity and other expanses kept building up. They are now 500000 UAH or $125000 in debt and about to be evicted from their facility (1/2)

I am thankful for much. My family and friends in the U.S. who have supported my work, complete strangers online who follow me, engage, and support me, and those in Ukraine who fight against a cruel world. Some of those Ukrainians I am even lucky enough to call my friends.

I don’t know if you can hear the banging of the metal barriers of the Parliament. I don’t think I’ve seen such a tense suspense at any Georgian protest. I couldn’t get any closer, it’s too dense, and that might be why the main assault is delayed. #GeorgiaProtests

Even if you're not moved by the argument that Twitter is a rightwing cesspool thanks to its redpilled owner, the fact that foreign enemies are expressing concern that they won't be able to use Twitter to manipulate Americans anymore should be enough to warrant the exodus.
If you needed even MORE of a reason to switch to Bluesky, China is "troubled" by the fact that they've invested so much time on Twitter buying ads, bots, and influencers... only to see the people they're seeking to manipulate (us) flee the site.

I’m sorry if you’re just finding out about this but things DO change. People who wanted to fight for their home joined the only people who were effective in fighting back, Azov. Not for anything ideological, but to fight off Russian funded troops (and Russians themselves.)

Why are you so insistent about talking about statements, reports, and figures that were relevant a decade ago? Is it because none of that fits today? No one denies the far right background that started Azov. We are talking about today though.

As for Azov, Jews have served in Azov for nearly a decade, there have not been any Jewish pogroms done by this unit, even when they were just a militia. Of course there will be antisemitism in every country. None is linked to a widespread group like Azov though.

My “pivot” was because you have nothing. PEW research shows that Ukraine is the least anti-Semitic country in central or Eastern Europe (Jewish leaders have agreed with this sentiment) Ukraine has a sitting Jewish president.
